How to Best Enjoy Your Meal
MICROWAVE (Recommended)
✔ Pop the lid open and slightly turn it so it sits on top of the meal (this allows steam to escape).
✔ Microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
✔ Carefully remove from the microwave (container may be hot), let cool for 1 minute, then fully remove the lid.
✔ Plate and Enjoy!
OVEN (For Even Heating)
✔ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
✔ Remove the meal from its container and place it in an oven-safe dish.
✔ Cover with foil to retain moisture and heat for 10-15 minutes (or until warmed through).
✔ Remove from oven, let sit for a minute, then enjoy!
To keep your meals fresh, refrigerate them upon delivery and enjoy them within 3-5 days. If you don’t plan to eat a meal within that time, you can freeze it for later to maintain quality, Enjoy!
